Job DescriptionJoin our Data and Analytics team as a Business Analyst! Our ideal candidate is in Dallas or Albuquerque, although you'll work mostly remotely in these areas. Your impact: you'll be responsible for using company data to identify business growth opportunities as well as work with clients, accounting, audit, and others within the Dealers Assurance Company (DAC) team to ensure a positive client experience. Learn more about DAC: www.dealersassurance.com/In addition:Work with clients and IT to resolve data integration issues and ensure that data is accurate and up to dateOversee DAC administration business (Sirius CAS)Use client data to identify positive and negative trends in our client's businesses and provide recommendations for improvementBuild client relationships and attend meetings in person as neededGather requirements to support the creation of and user acceptance testing of client reporting and dashboardsCreate client performance documents quarterlyWork with members of the accounting team to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial dataSupport annual client audit inquiries, including preparing and analyzing data for review by auditorsWho we're looking for: an analyst with at least three years of experience, focused on data analysis & client experience. Bachelor's degree required. A relationship builder! Experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus.Automotive/Insurance experience is a nice to have.
