• Experience as CTO at a blockchain-related company; preferably a blockchain game or layer1 blockchain
• Experience in the gaming industry as an engineer
• An Interest in the Blockchain Game Industry
• Japanese speaker
• Specialist in Solidity, Go, Rust or Java
