We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team at iAAWG. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading complex, company-wide initiatives across multiple business functions. The Manager will be required to identify issues and opportunities, form hypotheses, design and conduct analysis, structure work plans, synthesize conclusions and drive/support implementation. Initially, the Project Manager will play a critical role in improving efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role will require collaboration with various departments, including Product Development, Risk, Sales, and Compliance. The Manager will work closely with the Chief Legal Counsel as well as the Executive Leadership Team.
•Identify new opportunities, develop business cases, conduct due diligence/analysis, synthesize conclusions and drive strategic initiatives through implementation.
•Define project objectives, goals, and success criteria, outlining tasks, milestones and timelines.
•Drive the planning, delivery and on-going monitoring for projects/programs.
•Provide oversight and visibility to strategic initiatives, e.g. operational metrics, performance statistics, goal progression, etc.
•Develop and deploy tools/templates to enable project success.
•Identify key stakeholders and gather requirements and expectations.
•Identify/track risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and develop action plans to address each.
•Act as the single point of contact for all stakeholders including the leadership team.
•Build and maintain positive, productive relationships throughout the organization.
•Ensure cross-team communications and prioritization occurs between all impacted business units.
•Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts across the company.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Product Development, Sales, Risk and Compliance to understand current processes and pain points.
•Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities and mitigate risk without compromising compliance and legal requirements.
•Evaluate the potential impact of dealership operations and customer experiences.
•Allocate resources, both human and financial, to support the project's objectives.
•Regularly monitor and report on the progress of the project, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation.
•Perform other project-related duties and functions as directed by the Chief Legal Counsel.
What we're looking for:
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
•Proven experience as a Project Manager, with at least 10 years of cross-functional project management experience.
•Proven experience in the vehicle service contract industry, with at least 10 years of management experience.
•Familiarity with compliance and legal requirements in the automotive sector is a plus.
